At Norwegian Premium Water, our mission is driven by a deep respect for water and a keen awareness of the global challenges surrounding it. As clean water sources become scarce, the need for safe, high-quality drinking water is more critical than ever.
We are a small, dedicated team with a big vision.
From sales and production to design, logistics, and distribution, we handle every part of the process ourselves. While our production line started as semi-manual, we are now in the process of upgrading to a fully automated system to ensure efficiency and consistency.
Our commitment to quality is absolute. It is the single most important factor in every step of our value chain—from the ancient, pure source of our water to the moment it reaches your hands. Our Story
From the Heart of the Copper Works to the Peak’s Purest Spring
The story of Røros is a saga of survival in one of Norway’s most unforgiving climates. When the first copper ore was discovered in 1644, the world changed forever. People flocked to the windswept plains to seek their fortune in the mines. For centuries, Røros was defined by the smoke of the smelters and the tolling of the ore bells. But amidst the black slag heaps and the iconic colorful wooden houses, there was always a resource more precious than copper: The Water.
In the neighboring village of Glåmosen, sheltered from the industrial bustle of history, nature has followed its own rhythm for millennia. While the miners labored deep within the mountains, rain and melting snow were slowly filtered through thick layers of ancient sand, gravel, and untouched bedrock. This natural journey created a water so pure and mineral-rich that it became known as the lifeblood for those traversing the wild highlands.

Today, Røros is a UNESCO World Heritage site, world-renowned for its authenticity and deep respect for tradition. We carry this legacy into every bottle.
